Tai Chi Ch’uan
One of the best known and complete health programs, Tai Chi was developed hundreds of years ago to help anyone improve their health. Using gentle, flowing movement, Tai Chi is sometimes called moving meditation and is a perfect way to improve overall health, flexibility, lose weight and even provides a way to perform something artistic. White Lotus Kung Fu offers classes in Yang Style Tai Chi Ch’uan and you’ll learn both the complete Tai Chi System as well as a few additional exercises.
Classes are great for anyone who wants to lose weight, get healthy, improve a medical condition or injury or just learn true Kung Fu. The complete Tai Chi system will be something that you can do your entire life!
